Voidstone Disappeared

I was recently rolling sextants and randomly my only voidstone disappeared. Is there a way to get it back? I tried talking to karak , but that didnt work. I only had one and it still says on the tree that it has been obtained.

" Hi there, krazybob1986! Unfortunately, we aren't able to restore in-game items if they're lost or destroyed. I'd recommend double checking your stashes, character inventories, or the hideout crafting bench for these items. I would also suggest to check if your Remove-only tabs are visible, just in case. You can do so by looking in Options under the UI tab for this option. I'd also recommend double-checking your atlas and Kirac again just in case. I hope this helps! However, if these solutions do not work, I'm very sorry, but as mentioned previously we are unable to restore lost items. Need help? Contact Support :)

Check on the left side of your atlas, you may have Ctrl+Clicked it and moved it to the "Storage Slots" on the left/bottom side by mistake without realizing it, under the map favorite slots.

I understand all of that. Is there a way to get another voidstone (of the same type) if those solutions dont work? It's a permanent thing, isn't it? i.e. it isnt supposed to disappear...
