Issue with Polaric Hideout MTX

Hi GGG Support,
I purchased the Polaric Hideout yesterday but there is an issue. There are no effects/particles showing for the Hot/Cold rotation on the floor of the hideout. These effects are clearly seen in the MTX preview video and also in the Boss fight arena (when fighting the boss) that this hideout is taken from. I've tried relogging etc but they still aren't showing. The rotating device in the centre of the hideout has an interaction button (x) but this doesn't seem to do anything? This was one of the primary reasons I purchased the MTX, I would really appreciate it if you could look into this. This is on the PS5. I've not been able to find a mention of this anywhere after searching/Googling etc. Thanks Last bumped on Jun 9, 2022, 4:55:04 AM

Thanks for your report.
We're aware of the issue with Gamepads on both PC and Console not being able to interact with the Hideout properly and have a fix coming as soon as possible. | |
