Faster Casting support gem as a quest reward for Templar

Funny that this never bothered me until a recent discussion on providing game balance around support gems received via quests but here goes......

Don't understand why the Faster Casting support gem isn't available as a quest reward for Templar's.

There are 3 x Int based classes in PoE yet only two of them get Faster Casting as a reward.

With the Templar being a hybrid class I thought this might be a balancing issue with Shadows, (the other hybrid Int class), being denied access to Faster Attacks but thats not the case.

When comparing the two hybrid Int classes, it seems odd that the Shadow has access to both Faster Casting and Faster Attacks as quest rewards and yet the Templar only gets Faster Attacks.

I'd suggest removing Faster Attacks from the list of Shadow quest rewards or consider making Faster Casting available to Templar's via a quest reward.

Removing Faster Attacks from the Shadow would provide balance across both the hybrid Int classes.
Adding Faster Casting to the Templar would provide balance across all three of the Int classes.

Either option would provide greater balance across support gems that are available via quests.
