PoE keeps randomly crashing/closing

Hi,
PoE keeps randomly crashing/closing.
Like the game isnt there and i have to restart-Re log in to play than it does it random again.
Dad has done a system scan on Windows 10 no issue.
We have reinstalled the game.
We have tried Dx11/Vulcan and Dx12
We have turn off multi threading in the bios.
Turned all Graphic settings to low.
Tried steam client
Up dated GPU drivers

And it keeps randomly happening in the last 3 days roughly.

I have a
MSI x370 M7 Gameing MB
AMD Ryzen 1600x NO OVERCLOCK
16 gig Gskill RAM
MSI 1070 TI GPU
WHat more can I do Is there a issue with the latest Patch????

sadly GGG doesn't offer TECH support "for the moment" (been like this for several years now)....

i did the first step in this thread which is

"

PC (stand-alone): Run PackCheck.exe from your Path of Exile install directory

and the problem solved
