"Soul Drinker" Forbidden Flesh and Flame jewels do NOTHING. CHASE ITEM doesn't work.

So, I rerolled my Shimmeron Arc Inquisitor, to an Assassin, with forbidden flesh and flame for Soul Drinker, the new Shadow uber jewels. The main effect reads as follows: "Energy Shield Leech effects are not removed when Energy Shield is Filled."

I'm meant to get energy shield leech that doesn't end when i hit max ES right? That should sustain Shimmeron degen and keep me topped off. I can leech to full through Shimmeron degen. But the moment it's full, my ES drops like a rock because my leech stops, meaning the entire point of the uber jewel is not working.

I tested attacks as well. It's not copy pasted code from Essentia Sanguis, it's just broken.

It's also not Ascendancy locking, I tried it with both 2 points (only normal lab done), and all 8.

Reproduction:
- Have Shimmeron, no ES regen or other recovery sources to interfere with the test, and forbidden flesh and flame for Soul Drinker, on a Shadow.
- Get max power charges by killing stuff or throwing traps with jaws of agony from weapon swap
- Crit something with Arc to start leeching and degening
- You will see your ES bounce up and down as it alternates between leeching and not leeching. It leeches to full, then the leech ends and you degen until you hit again to start new leech instances. This is the same behavior as not having the forbidden jewels at all. They do nothing.
Prejudice is a burden that confuses the past, threatens the future, and renders the present inaccessible.

Wanted to add to this after doing a bunch of testing: It appears that you DO continue leeching while at full ES, and what I believe is happening is that your leech stacks/buckets are still being reset when you hit 100% ES.

I was able to confirm that the game is considering you as leeching at full ES with the jewels socketed, as we do keep all "while leeching" effects such as the increased attack/cast speed from the jewel and the damage multiplier from Energy Leech Support. However, I tested by standing on burning ground and we definitely don't always have leech stacks up that we should after taking damage.

What I believe is happening here is that only half the effect of "overleech" is being applied by the jewel. I think that when you reach max ES, leech is reset to 0, just like it normally would, but it then allows you to build up a new batch of stacks. Then, when you take any small amount of damage and the stacks take you back to full ES almost immediately, the leech is reset and we have to start building our leech stacks from scratch. This is fairly easy to test by just applying any dot (OP used shimmeron, I used burning ground) and building up leech stacks. With normal overleech, you won't even see the impact of the dot provided that your leech stacks are stronger than the applied dot, but with the shadow forbidden jewels it will bounce up and down as you hit max es and lose your leech stacks, exactly the same as if you had no overleech at all.

So tl;dr jewel is at least half broken, "while leeching" effects are working to some degree, but leech stacks are not being maintained at max ES as they should be.
