Question about map drops with Shadow Shaper and Conquerors/Guardians/Synthethis

Hi, exemple if i block t14 and t15 maps and the only one is T15 Mesa with Shadow Shaping Keystone from Atlas Tree i can't drop t14-t15 maps that are blocked as conqueror's/guardian or synthesised
only if they are with the Mesa layer?

And one more question.Idk if it's bad luck but does Influence of The Eater of Words or The Searing Exarch influence the drop of conqueror's/guardian and synthesised map.I allocated the Synthesis nodes, The Shaper and Elder and Sirius farming only with the Eater of Words Influence and i had only 1 Synthesis map drop in 70 maps, and 0 guardians and conqueror's
