Heist contracts should be sorted by job type in the heist locker

Title is self explanatory. Currently contracts are sorted by location, which doesn't matter at all for contracts. I know you can ctrl-f search for specific job types, but being able to just click on the lockpicking tab for example and grab one would be some really nice QOL.
