Increased effect nodes and delirium orbs

So does the x% increased effect of modifiers from atlas tree apply to delirious % added from delirium orbs ?

I just placed a white map with 1x single delirium orb for 20% increased effect and when I entered the map on the map modifiers I still have 20%.

Either it's not shown or it doesn't apply...Can anyone confirm ?

It doesn't affect delirious % - the atlas tree nodes are a separate class of modifiers. I guess it is a little confusing.
