[Trade site] Pseudo mod "% total Attack Speed" doesn't include "% increased Attack and Cast Speed"

There's a longstanding bug with the Trade site pseudo mod "% total Attack Speed" where it does not include the explicit mod "% increased Attack and Cast Speed".

Here's an example trade search that demonstrates the issue: https://www.pathofexile.com/trade/search/Sentinel/B6dDyZkC8

Expected behavior: An item with both the mods "11% increased Attack Speed" and "8% increased Attack and Cast Speed" should have the pseudo mod value "19% total Attack Speed".

Actual behavior: The pseudo mod does not include the "8% increased Attack and Cast Speed", resulting in "11% total Attack Speed".
