Infinite hunger challenge bug?

I tried this challenge 3 times with being pulled down 3, 3 and then 4 times with less than 21 stacks of corrosive hunger but did not get the challenge. Is the challenge bugged??

Is it popping up a message saying that you failed the challenge when you defeat the boss?

If there was no failed challenge message at the end of the fight, it should have popped up at a different point in the fight. You're sure that you never reached 21 stacks at any point in the fight?
If the message isn't popping up at any point in the fight, I'd check to see if /recheck_achievements does anything, but I wouldn't know where to go from there. |

Same here. Pulled 3 times, 19 stacks, no message. Did it twice - same results.

" Screenshot does show you at 19 stacks, but again--are you sure you never went over 20 stacks? As I recall, the number of stacks is reset when you get pulled under. However, the challenge is to complete the fight without ever going over 20 stacks. |

" It is some weird counting system in there - looks like they are adding up stacks for each time you are being pulled under. Screenshot is from second try - in first one I had 17 or 18 stacks, but boss killed me at that moment, when char was pulled under - "loaded" in there with char laying on the ground and stacks still adding up. Thats why I did second run, maybe first time "bugged" because of that death, nothing changed. And message pops out if you go over 21 stacks - did the 50 stack challenge before 21 stack one. Same here, tried to do this challenge today. I don't get any massage about it after defeating the boss. So this challenge is bugged

Not sure if it is because you can't kill yourself to get out of the drowning phase.. If that is the case, shouldn't the challenge say so??

I have also experienced this twice. I die every time in the muddy place at 5-7 stacks. This is the fastest way to get out of there. Both times I had less than 21 stacks, but did not get the challenge completed.
Do you need to also survive while not getting 21 stacks? If so, please get the challenge text updated. |
