Willowgift not working with Champion Fortitude

As the title suggest, Willowgift the amulet is not giving 4% spell suppression per fortification as its suppose to based on wording. The wording needs to be changed to reflect that it requires you to generate the fortification yourself. (This is how it was worded prior to the fortify change)

Edit: In all honesty, there's no reason it shouldn't work with Fortitude either, the amulet slot provides an immense amount of power, using this as a defensive option is hardly overpowered given your other options in the slot.

Were you checking this in town, as opposed to your hideout or another area?
