not a bug, you are searching for explicit modifier.

you need to use sentinel filters if you want to filter total # of empowered enemies

this one for example is 100 enemies

OK the sentinel filters work, but the explicit and implicit stat filters for Empowers # enemies don't seem to work correctly. I did a search with an implicit min of 20 and it returns no results...

there is no implicit version, there may have been during development that didn't go live so that may be why it shows up on trade as an option.
