+1 to Level of all Physical Skill Gems

I am trying to craft it for my amulet using the crafting Harvest: Reforge [Physical] with 0 success since the start of the league. Have any changes been made? The last league was not that difficult to craft it. The chances of a different type of skill gems are quite common, but not this one, although according to Craft of Exile chances are the same.

Since you can't calculate using Harvest on CoE, a Jagged fossil is your closest bet, giving ~40 tries on an i86 ammy and ~35 on an i75 one. If you have done significantly more than this then you're just unlucky, if you haven't then just do it more. Sucks but that's how crafting is in this game sometimes.
