Harvest & Betrayal - Endgame crafting
Make them tradable. They are being traded right now as we speak anyways through trust-based third party platforms, giving the people who control the platform power over who gets to buy crafts from others and who don't.
To compete in making mirror tier items you absolutely have to trade crafts because you simply cannot farm a large number of augment crafts yourself. Those who trade the crafts have a huge advantage to those who don't and if you're competing with the people who own these platforms, they simply blacklist you from trading crafts safely and put you at a massive disadvantage. Making them easily tradable only takes away power from these people and levels the playing field for all the crafters in the game. At this point due to the complete silence on this i am convinced that you actively want this centralization of power in your game. Why ? Why do you want a small group of people to control the vast majority of craft trading ? I blocked harvest because everytime i find one i spent an eternity in it to fiddle around "crafting" which would be great fun if it wasn't so disruptive.
And the problem is clearly the 10 slot restriction. Tft exists anyway so either make it completely untradable or give it the bestiary treatment. But the slot restriction has to go . It's nonsense. Im faster continuing farming the map and buying stuff then actually doing it myself via the mechanic. Last edited by ScoutAT#2736 on May 30, 2022, 3:36:53 AM

" imho it would be best to just make harvest seeds give the juice and create fuel tanks. the fuel tanks can be used in hideout horticrafting station to infuse currency. higher currency = more juice required. different crafts require different color juice. easy itemization Very cool mirror Service: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3227915

They should just rework harvest to be untradeable and buff the rates back up so people can farm their own gear again. The way to do it without soulbound items is simple, treat it like labyrinth or heist missions after lockdown.
For party play reasons, maybe have the garden plots hidden until you click on Oshabi. Which then reveals them and locks you in, so the zone kind of acts like a gathering area beforehand, like the lab lobby. Once the garden is in bloom, that is it. Leave or die and that instance is done. Maybe have any items inside drop on the ground outside afterwards like Incursions. Harvest bench items already appear in your HO crafting bench if you forget them. Remove the horticrafting stations, no saving crafts, it allows for trading. This would make it so the only way you can harvest craft an item is if you have it on you or in your stash before you enter. If people want to sell Harvest services, it would be more like Lab runners, they take the item and hunt for the clients preferred craft for a fee. If you want to be an efficient crafter, work on multiple items at once. Don't have an item for a craft? Not a big deal, not like you could sell the craft anyways. Just like lab enchants. It'll show up again later because the rates aren't so abysmal it takes 4 leagues to see a single Augment. It only feels bad to leave stuff behind now because it could be traded for currency. The way to get currency out of it becomes crafting good items. Don't want to craft? Disable harvest on your passive tree and enjoy the +2%. GGG gets their high end crafting/perfect item nerf, power crafters lose the ability to buy crafts from the ~293,000 people farming on TFT and funnel it into a single item. All players get a massive buff to solo self-found crafting with the old rates back. Which then helps "player retention" as people farm more to improve their own items incrementally. Instead of feeling like its better to sell crafts and buy finished items. Imagine, having to play the game to get gear instead of sitting in hideout on discord. And actually being rewarded for the time you put in. Imagine... Last edited by jerot#5117 on May 30, 2022, 6:01:33 AM
