Can't capture bosses souls on maps (Solved)

I have tried 2 times in several different maps (fields, mineral pool, coral ruin, moon temple) with differents vessels.

Stream of conscienceness is blocking the vessel which is considered a fragment.

Unspec stream of conscienceness to get the souls and then put it back on when you are done with the pantheon

I understand, the game took the vessel as if it were a fragment, damn node.
