Storm Burst gem and other drops have some strange glyphs instead of normal item name

While leveling in act 10 inside torched courts after temple encounter I got several drops with strange characters in the title instead of usual item names. Looks like rendering bug with fonts but not sure what the problem might be further than that. When picked up in inventory or when looking at the tooltip while on the ground everything looks fine. Bug report reference number is 2829334563.

Picking the items up and going to different area and then dripping them shows the corrupt title again (went to the ravaged square to confirm). ID-ing one of them and dropping the identified item shows similar corrupted text, just longer this time.

I have picked up the items and stashed them in normal stash tab titled "3". All 4 of the items show similar behavior. I am running neversink's filter from the start of the league if that changes something (picked from releases on his github at league launch day, haven't updated since because I'm lazy).
Running vulkan renderer on nvidia RTX 2070 with fairly recent drivers (512.15)

After going back to the instance I got quite a few more drops with same behavior. It might be that the instance was corrupt some way. Rest of corrupt drops did not come just from Alva encounters but from normal mob drops from that instance. Everything collected is in normal stash tab 3 on my account.

Its not just the instance, now I have almost a full stash tab of items with corrupt title. Reproducible all the way to final Kitava fight and the drops from it. Did a little test and re-rolled one of the flasks that have dropped. Even after re-rolling with and alch same effect is visible. I haven't seen the issue with items that are filtered by the loot filter but it just might be happening infrequent enough that I haven't seen it yet (I was not checking from the start). Affects all item types and all rarities (I even have a unique with the corrupt title)

It seems to be related to loot filters somehow, when using no loot filter the issue is not reproducible. BTW I even got a few stacks of id scrolls and town portals with same issue :-D. This was not showing yesterday while I was playing, so it seems like it was introduced with today's patch.

Ok never mind then. I have played this game for years, first time seeing it.

Quite lucky then. It happens to me at least 3 to 4 times a league. Its especially frustrating during a betrayal encounter where you cant read any of your outcomes.
