Price fixing (no afk)

Price fixing is ok. Items have no real value. There is no reason GGG should do anything about it. Accept responsibility for once and take care of yourself instead of asking others to do that for you.

Same thing goes for trade scamms, You literally have to check the item before you can hit accept. If you dont do that for any reason you are the only one to blame.

You just have to realize that the prices you see on the trade site are what the items are NOT selling for. If they were selling for that, they wouldn't appear on the trade site. Pretty obvious.

Shags, there are people pricing valuable items for 1 chaos with no intention to sell. Does that mean those items are not selling for more than 1 chaos?

We didnt speak about rare items where is really hard to price correctly, or unique with difference rolls.

1 divination card or mirror shard or Apothecary has no any difference between each other. And what you say about price fix this?

Very easy way to fix price fixing. If you want to sell your item, it gets placed into a reserve neutral location somewhere until someone buys it or until the timer expires. This way if people who purposely try to game the system price an item low, they are forced to sell. Problem solved. =)

An auction house you say? :o Why didn't I think of it?!

Same thing. Its even easier because you know how much they are worth. Again, take the responsiblity for your own actions.

It's not a scam, players set the price for every item in the game not GGG.

Tried to buy an item from a seller tonight, they immediately just ignore me and relist the item much higher. Try to buy it again, they just relist it higher again after seeing it was in demand by me then. I just gave up and stopped interacting with the game's "trade" at that point.

That feel when no buy it now option.

Even EvE online doesn't have as scummy and crappy of a garbage can "trade market" as POE does. This game is the absolute bottom of the barrel for trade interactions and saying that compared to the endless EvE online scams is really saying something. It is pure misery attempting to interact with trade. The worst part is that GGG either doesn't seem to understand, or care about how horrible the trade interactions are. Yall must not actually play this game at all in any way to leave it so horribly broken and consider it working as intended.

If trading like this is "community interactive content" then we are in hell.

Items have value in the game. People even quit because of scamms and other trade difficulties as whispering 20 people to get some stuff (greatest waste of time). Why we should always think whether we are doing everything right, when it can be easy and comfortable? Dealing with price fixers and scammers doesnt make the game better. Solving this problem will be the best quality of life change ever.

You think that if it was against rules it would be solved after 10 years, no?

Items have no value, players give it to them. What you are asking for is playing on autopilot without any though. You dont want to put any effort into it. You want to push responsibility elsewhere. Why should they do that?

Also GGG doesnt really want us to trade. They see trade API as mistake. Why should they make it even easier? They would like to have trade as "last resort" kind of thing.

No game in history of gaming dealt with bots, scams and price fixers. You have lost ark and diablo if you want such streamlined expierience where game does most of the stuff for you.
