Chancing unique items from base with Searing Exarch and Eater of Worlds influence

What happens if you chance such unique? Will implicits get removed or their effect disabled? Had someone tested this?

No, you didnt understand question, i was thinkng about that this league too. I want to add phys damage takes as chaos with Incadescent Heart. Its not about getting Searing Exarch unique item, its creating other unique items with Searing or eater of worlds implicit. I assume it works, since people corrupt unique amulet with 4 annoints to get rare one with some additional stats.
