Missing mods on tradesite

I was trying to search for boots with the unveil mods "cannot be chilled" or "cannot be frozen" but the tradesite doesn't have any available selection for these mods :(



edit: nvm ... apparently it's "chance to avoid being chilled" with 100% chance ... that's ... really unintuitive >.<
