I don't see the devs spending any more time on rare mods. They have indicated in the past that they want obscenely costly chase rares to be a part of the game, but they never promised us that the chase rares would always be the same ones from season to season.

Since value is defined by utility, HH is no longer a chase rare but perhaps Mageblood will take its place. And since I can only see them doubling down on the Archnemesis mod fad, it is unlikely that what Chris says about HH today will bear any weight or resemblance to our reality 1 month into league.

Literally the purpose of this league is testing, tweaking, and trying out a new rare mod system. They are spending the majority of their time on the rare mods right now (multiple fixes already). We will definitely see more tweaks to the archnem mods.

They have already stated they plan to buff it and intend to keep it performing up to the strength it always has been. The nerf was not intended.

- rarity
- uniqueness
- entertainmnet factor (crack maces and discharging long staffs of penetration)

They did, they said they'd be buffing it. But who knows what's going on at GGG atm. Usually by now we have a "What we're working on", but it feels incredibly silent at the minute.

GGG tried to kill HH for a long time now, we had it for so long only because Chris refused to "delete" it. I guess he gave up.

Did HH just jump from 34ex to 55ex on speculation or is nobody online? That's nuts. Everybody already knew it would be receiving some kind of buff and it still jumped.

More than 2 weeks and still no buff to hh. One could think its all on purpose after you sold your hh mtx last league.
