South Africa server issue since about an hour

Since league launch and until an hour/half hour ago I had 45ms latency. Suddenly i kept having rollbacks and disconnection and weird messages such as "Fail to join instances" or "Fail to reach achievement server".

Even though the realm selection says 45ms, I get 250ms ingame. My friend is the same.

For now we're playing on singapour (worse, but playable), but I hope it will get fixed soon.

Can GGG or other people confirm the issue as well ?

Confirmed, same issues from multiple ISP's as of 20:42
Login screen shows 15ms but towns and hideout sessions are being sent to Europe not local.

Same here. Got auto switched to Frankfurt.

Aha, so it's as usual not me, checked everything my side, yes seems to default back to Europe, oh well, getting tiered of struggling anyway, I can relax and not have to grind my teeth trying to make currency to play endgame content while dying every 5 min to archnemisis mobs.

Can confirm that I have been sent to Franfurt most of the night.
Last league and the leagues before, I use to play on the Eu servers with no issue.. but having played on the SA server the whole time this league and then switching over to franfurt, has become semi unplayable for me. I started to get a lot of rubberbanding and lag with movement skills.. the ping would not change or spike at 150.

I am still getting frankfurt, so doubt its completely fixed.
Edit: I managed to get into a SA zone.. will keep an eye on it.
