Divine Vessel, Blood filled vessel etc. don't work. Solved! Stream of Consciousnes is bugged.

You could argue it adds the ability to buff your pantheon and gets consumed after one use. I think it even gets sucked into the map like other fragments on opening the portals but im not around my pc to verify.
Id say you have an argument if conq/elder/shaper fragments can be opened with stream of conscienceness active. |
