Impossible Escape: Iron Reflexes, Is the Radius right?

I killed maven and got Impossible Escape: Iron Reflexes. I play EA Balista and was so happy. (It is next to a big Totem Cluster south) Until i tryed the jewel.

The Totem wheel next to Iron Reflexes has 3 big nodes:

- Ironwood
- Panopticon
- Surveillance

The Radius of the Jewel only let you get Panopticon and Ironwood. The line goes through Surveillance but you cant take it and the small node to the next big node Panopticon you cant take too. Bc it is so close it feels like a mistake. Is this a Mistake that the radius is off by almost nothing?

Would appricate an answere or better change the radius a little bit, it needs almost nothing.
