Also only "melee" skill is a projectile skill. Balance is among the worst ever have been indeed.

No only META "melee" skill. I know plenty of people that play melee build and have no problem clearing content. Just because some skill isnt played by thousands of people doesnt mean its bad skill.

(Im also done with my starter and making melee build and its not Lightning Strike that is as melee as Tornado Shot)

Cobra Lash is another skill, which you wont find on poe.ninja but is insaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaanely top tier this very league. Watch now everyone will start making excuses on why not to include Cobra Lash.

That list is showing the current meta builds, same builds as 3.17. What's your point exactly other than a lame attempt at bitching upset people?

They dont pay attention to the forum, they dont treat their reddit seriously, and concurrent player numbers are a "vanity" metric...

And then when revenues "surprisingly" and shockingly tank, Chris does surprised pikachu face and goes on PR talks with streamers, trying to explain his vision and actually gather feedback.

Maybe the community outlets like the forums and reddit aren't that bad, it's just that GGG is bad at distilling it and figuring out the problems before they realize into lost customers and profits.

The reason? They're working. They don't sit around clicking forum posts.

They probably read the occasional post but I think its a mistake to give your community any idea that you listen to them frankly, especially in this type of game unless you are very willing to take heat and want to curate them properly to filter out noise.

That being said I don't think they follow internal policy too consistently either or maybe that they could do a better job by exploring certain decisions more fully.

Build viability nose dived after expedition and while its recovered somewhat if you want to do everything its pretty tough as quite a few skills and its pretty much free on others, I think that creates bad blood between players even when really its for silly reasons.

If they dont have dedicated people curating the information that they get from their community and customers, then their marketing department is a complete failure. "Clicking on forums posts" IS part of work for certain professions.

Your list contains 5 different builds, not 9.

Also, you yourself play Seismic/Exsang trapper. Arguably the most OP meta build there is right now. Even then, there are a bunch of oneshots around and it becomes fairly unfun to play.

Seismic is good for bosses, but I doubt it feels good for mapping with the changes in 3.18.
