Kirac's Vault Skins - Two of them are almost unobtainable for most of your player base

Just something to throw out there. I'm a supporter and when the league is good, like this one, I will spend money on PoE. I still plan to do so but I don't think I will be buying this Pass. Two of the coolest things in this pass is Ashes of the Stars and Mageblood affects. In most leagues a Mageblood is north of 200ex and Ashes of the Stars is 40+.

Just some feedback here, maybe allow those skins to be applied to multiple items instead? 90% of your player base will never own either of these in multiple leagues that they would play.
