Stuck on "The Atlas of Worlds" quest

So after you kill Kitava in Act 10, it sends me back to the boat, and Lily has the quest for leaving act 10 going to the Epilog. And when I got to there I picked up Kerics quest, did that, and not just nothing. It did not let me go to Oriath at the end, I just have "Explore the Atlas of Worlds" and I am just stuck in Karui Shores.

I have killed Kitava 3 times now hoping that would fix it as I saw on google some people saying that helped them. But I didnt see an actual bug report on it. Is my character just bricked now?

This is kind of a game breaking bug as it just sits me at the end of the game without being able to do anything.

I feel like I tried everything, can someone help please?
Any ideas?
