empty divine vessel after i killed the boss twice in frozen cabins

divine vessel is empty after i have tryed to filled with captain clayborne soul in 2 failled atempt, i have finnished the map, beating the boss twice, the divine vessel is still empty, i have played the map rare, ill try to play the map on normal

i have tryed to attach the picture saved with f11,but is imposible for me, do a easyer way for simple guys like me
