Combustion Support debuff overriding Elemental Equilibrium

Tested Elemental Equilibrium combined with Combustion Support with a friend in PvP. Combustion was supporting chaos and stone golem along with 12-14 added fire damage for minions, while I was proccing Elemental Equilibrium with storm brand. My friend's fire resistance would drop from Elemental Equilibrium until he was ignited by one of my golems and then his fire resistance would go back up to -10% of the original value. It seems like the combustion debuff was overriding the exposure from elemental equilibrium.

Further testing shows that this issue may be caused by minions inflicting ignite. I switched from flammability to elemental weakness and am now supporting my flame golems with elemental focus. This setup now consistently applies fire exposure through elemental equilibrium (applied with storm brand). Previously the fire exposure was inconsistent and would turn on and off mid-fight.
