vulcan vram lags and loading times

when using vulcan vram fills up.
when its full the game become laggy and fps drop to around 30

i extended the pagefile in windows10 to 20gig and this also fills up to the limit but need more instances at all

loadingtimes are crazy high (15-20seconds) but not much lags with vulcan

if using dx11 instead loadingtimes are around 2-5seconds but game is completely unplayable laggy whole time
