Expedition Start Crash

Everytime I start the expedition, right after the first explosion, game freezes for a moment and then crashes. I tried running away to have it load off screen but that didnt work. After I enter the map again, all the monsters have spawned already and I can continue with the expedition.
The minimap also gets reset to a certain point.

With Expedition Logbook, its pretty much the same. Start the explosions, crash. I entered a sub area in a logbook, and when the monsters have spawned, the game crashed again.
Basically, as long as the expedition monsters are still spawning, my game will crash.
