Elemental Overload not working with Volatile Dead?

Hi I can't seem to ever proc elemental overload and I don't know why.

I was told in Global that a diamond appears over the skill bar and the tooltip should show the 40% more damage but it never shows up.

Any ideas? I used to be able to proc EO with just a few hits, so I'm really confused it never procs with hundreds of VD hits.

It's 5% without Inspiration, 7% with. There's hundreds of hits with Volatile Dead. I was able to proc EO with far less hits in the past so I'm quite confused.

Yeah but to proc EO with hundreds of hits, 5% is plenty. It's 1 in 20 hits.

I used to Proc it a lot more often before the logic change.

Would you mind sharing a screenshot of how it looks like when procced? Does it affect your tooltip damage too?

Tooltip damage is bugged and not shown with EO. You still get the bonus but the dps doesnt change on the char sheet. Its likely working fine as long as the little diamond appears at the bottom of the skill icon.

Thank you! Now it makes sense. I was looking for the diamond on TOP of the skill icon. Now I see it on the BOTTOM.
