High use Desktop windows Manager only in PoE

Hey guy's i have problem with Path of Exile. I never had this but in this league PoE is using 0% of my gpu but Desktop Windows Manger is using like 85-100% only while poe is turned on.It's only when poe is turned on. While im using second monitor to do trade's is so laggy.I was testing on other games like valo/LoL/witcher/call of duty. Other games are working fine,only in PoE is something like that.Even if i alt+tab game is still using a lot of my gpu.Any soultion guys?GPU: 1070 8gbCPU: 5-2600
