Stream of Consciousness - Blocks - Divine Vessels

I have noticed that when you have the Atlas Notable - Stream of Consciousness it prevents Divine Vessels from working.

Now the Divine Vessel is a fragment and so the interaction is working properly but I think that the Divine Vessel should not be factored into this restriction.

The Divine Vessel is used to enhance the Pantheon Tree and therefore is part of character progression (in my opinion). Therefore in order to progress this part of the Character's development you will have to Unmake the Notable on the tree each time.

Please could GGG review this and decide that this consequence is 'worth it' or amend the Divine Vessel interaction with this Notable.

Personally because the Notable stops all fragments which includes Sacrifice, Mortal, Scarabs etc that is consequence enough. The Divine Vessel should be removed from this as it does not add benefit to the maps, it adds difficulty with the only reward being the Pantheon which is a one off accomplishment.

Not a bug. Divine vessels are considered fragments.

If you want somehting changed post in feedback.

Yes, this needs to be fixed.

Luckily, when I placed my one and only vessel into the map device, before opening the map I remembered, oh s..., I spec'd into Stream of Consciousness. And then un-spec'd the passive.

At this point, I'm just not going to use Stream of Consciousness. After un-spec'ing it, I haven't really noticed a difference in "extra" content.

Yeah I made a bug report for this too, but i guess its not a bug. Just seems stupid.

Btw it doesn't eat your divine vessel if you have that passive allocated. It'll just sit in your map device and you can get it back anytime.
