Shaper of flames Not giving ignite chance

As the title says. Shaper of flames appears to not give ignite chance when looking at tooltip in game. Tasted in a map and it is indeed true that i do not have ignite chance from the acendancy.


On the picture it is visible taht the ignite chance is given only from a notale on the tree

Shaper of Flames says "Your hits always ignite". While it does not increase your chance to ignite on the character sheet, all of your hits should inflict ignite--unless the target is able to avoid the ignite, such as the map mod that gives monsters a chance to avoid elemental ailments.

This should be similar to how "Chaos Innoculation" does not increase your Chaos Resistance, but makes you immune to Chaos Damage.
