Reflect damage

So i have Soul of Yugul right now which makes me take 50% reduced reflected damage, then i have physical mastery which grants 60% reduced reflected damage.
Shouldn't i be immune to reflect or how does this work? why am i still instantly killing myself when attacking a pack of mobs?
