Do profane bloom crit?

I want to take a node which grants effect if crit recently and I'm dealing dot damage from ed. the only hit source I have is ed on hit and profane bloom explosion

On the poewiki.net page on Explode (which Profane Bloom falls under), it states:

"Explosions have a base critical strike chance of zero. Global modifiers to base critical strike chance affect the explosion damage."

the only way to make profane bloom crit would global flat crit like hatred watchers eye, assassins deadly infusion node, ascendant assassin, assassins mark or brittle (there might be some more stuff, like for example legacy bottled faith).
