Divine vessel not capturing boss soul

Hello,

I've been trying on 2 bosses already Pagan Bishop and Puruna but the vessel is not capturing the soul after killing the boss. Does anyone have this bug?

Am I doing something wrong?? For example for Pagan Bishop I'm opening the Cursed Crypt T16 map with the Divine Vessel inside the map device. After I finish the map and kill the boss, the divine vessel is still empty in the map device. Same thing happened while trying to capture Puruna.

If you're using the atlas passive called "stream of consciousness" it disables all fragments, and the vessel counts as a fragment
