New Rares and Mods make POE for Melee unplayable (more than before)

For someone who plays only a handful of builds, most of which are melee I am extremely sad to have given up playing in act 8. Getting perma stunned, frozen, one shot, and de-genned down to nothing is just no goddamn fun. I just can't seem to do enough damage on a 4 link and using ignite EQ through totems, which I breezed through to maps with only 2 deaths the last 2 leagues. crazy to have an action RPG with no semblance of a melee community that isn't flicker strike or some 100% block build. Please for the love of god if your gonna buff mobs fix the already increasingly underwhelming gems that are melee skills. all this game is now is a dps check game where the further you are from enemies the better. no use having defenses as you'll die in 2 seconds anyway cause you can't insta the mobs.

These archnemesis mods are some of the worst balance I've seen from GGG.

GGG is actively working to remove melee from their game with their anti melee and pro spell balancing.

It sucks that the balance dude in charge love spell casters and hates melee. This has costed the company a lot players and will continue to do so.

Yes,GHGG progamerizaion is exelent wprking toward giving more 'weihght' and theirfore in acordance with Chris-vision. Pro spel balancging make it so eficient market can actully net 4-5 if you are wililing to putin the EFORT.

I am usually not one of the whining crowd but this time it is pretty evident - it is much better to kill rares/magic monsters at the edge of the screen instead of coming close.

You can actully screemshot Sirus if you l2p on the edge.

Also, no postive chaos res, no armour, lacing heaelth,no overcupped resintaces,no spell supersition, doesnt goto gym,feels entiteld whine ACTULLY balaced mecanic.

When had chaos res come into effect in the acts besides corrupted blood and Kitava? most mobs I have had Issue with aren't chaos mobs. and my armor is fairly standard for a underfunded non meta build. I will say my reses aren't capped but thats due to more bad RNG than anything and it still isn't horrible. but thats the issue with people like you isn't it. always like to point out what the lament already knows and says they are trash when 90% of people look like this. unless your twinking or spending six hours per act you are not gonna have near ANY chaos res and many times not have capped res till act 7-9.

but the thing is you fail to point out most meta builds have either block or no defensive layers at all because that goes back to what I talk about earlier it's a dps race, there is no reason to have defenses just one-shot everything from off screen. that's why build diversity sucks, that's why I can't even have fun playing skills I like, because anytime you build yourself and it's not perfect your shit, and if you take from other builds your shit. and if you just want to have fun no you get nerfed get fucked.

why have over 200 skills when there are a bakers dozen that are good for endgame content? why have an intricate skill tree when 30% of it is used in most cases and the rest are in cluster jewels that are too expensive for many?

Corrupted blood actually deals physical damage over time, not chaos.

theres a guy who managed to kill elder+shaper, under level 30.

if he can do the same using heavy strike with the similar amount of time, then i ll agree with you.

all of us are just whining.

or better yet why dont you prove us wrong. the league just started. go 2handed and play heavy strike. show us how its done and how its on par with other skills.
