Kirac Vault Pass Issue

Purchased the pass before I got to Karui Shores since I saw it went on sale and had the funds. Got to shores but every time I click on the door to open the vault it opens the window for me to purchase it but just says "failed to load the store. Please try again later." I then went and saw if maybe I got to a milestone it would unlock, did 17 map bonuses but still doesn't work. Anyone else experience this?

I'm also experiencing this issue, I've already contacted support where they said they would get back to me when they had a fix.

What about all the people who are hardlocked from such hardcore crashing? I have to physically power down my tower -- This is not the first league -- And not once did staff care about that?

Lots of people have it this league, lots of complaints, not one word from you... But the vault pass issue gets attention?

Still having this issue...

still having the same issue with kirac and i cant capture souls too. throw in bottle and map and after map completion the bottle is still empty.

Would be nice to get a update and some kind of communication on this.
Is it problem only with very specific and few?
What should we do if problem still exists?
