'Heralding Minons' totems persist forever and do not behave consistently with corpse removal
![]() Bug report ref: 1473805999 On monster death for monsters with the Heralding Minions modifier, Lightning Nova totems are meant to spawn. Bug #1: This behaviour repeats infinitely in the area the monster(s) died. The totems are invulnerable and untargetable. Bug #2: This is an on-death effect, but it still occurs when the character who kills the monster has corpse removal - this is not consistent with other monster on-death effects. This behaviour combined with the high damage of the totem makes it impossible for any reasonably tanky character to stand in the area even after all monsters are dead - this is required for normal gameplay such as interacting with league mechanics ie. Betrayal NPCs. My character has corpse removal from the "Enemies killed by your Hits are destroyed" Axe Mastery. Since mapping a bit more I've noticed this only occurs some of the time - I think it has to do with the Heralding Minions monster dying before, or at least on the same tick, as its minions.

i can confirm this Those things are terrible And either last forever or For a very long time
Im my opinion after death effects are way too OP and all need to be toned down to balance gameplay with accessibility |
