Magebloom map device skin

So I bought Esteemed Arcanist Supporter pack, but my map device skin is not present. Everything else is. Help?

From what I can see, the Magebloom Map Device appears to be present on your account. You should be able to find it under the "Nature" category in your hideout decorations list.
If you don't find this to be the case, please send an email to support@grindinggear.com and we'll look into it further. :) | |
