the agnostic interaction with "defend with 120% of armour when not on low ES"

as the title says whats the interaction of the agnostic with the mentioned mastery?

The agnostic state that maximum ES = 0, now i read somewhere that mark_GGG stated that For game mechanic purposes, having no mana means you don't have full mana or low mana so in theory using the same logic the agnostic ES = 0 would not be considered as "on low ES"

another similar mechanic that comes to mind are uniques like Ahn's Heritage where by reducing max endurance charge to 0 characters can gain at the same time bonus from no Endurance Charges and max Endurance Charges

It does not. You do not have ES that is not low.

I don't think this condition require you to have any ES.
You just must be not on low ES, which is satisfied by having no ES (zero maximum ES).
