Hide reserved HP/Mana for the mini hp bar also

Playing with petrified blood could be fun, but having the visible HP area in the mini HP bar cut in half makes it very annoying to use.

My suggestion is to apply the same "Hide Life/Mana Reservation" option to the mini bar like it does for the HP/MP globes
