Standard atlas completion

When logging in, I have no more than a few points to assign.
It's been suggested I run one t16 map to trigger completions but it didn't work.
In that map I saw an expedition but it had no map markers at all.

Is the standard completion entirely separate? I've seen examples of completions popping after running one top tier map.

Have the same problem with atlas completion in addition to all masters' reset. Running T16 map didn't help either.

EDIT Ran a t16 Strand from archnemesis rare corrupted and there was no completion. Maven stopped by to hand me a 'flesh compass' though
