Blocking content in Atlas Passives and Fortune Favors the Brave

I was thinking about this today and wanted to give the Devs a heads up in case they have not thought about this interaction in the upcoming 3.18.

If you block (say Breach) on the Atlas Passive would that also block it when you used Fortune Favors the Brave?

Knowing this would help the players efficiently allocate the passives.

You will still be able to force content into your maps through things like Scarabs and Kirac mods (including Fortune Favours the Brave). There will just be no chance of that content randomly appearing if you've taken one of these "disabling" notables.
