Lethe shade keystone ?
Hey there
Could you enlighten me on this one ? I really don't see the point, or don't get how it works... From what I understand, you started taking dot in the past second > you take 50% less.. But past a second, you didn't "started taking dot in the past second" so no more reduction.. And since the ailments duration is doubled... What's the point of mitigating 1s to then take 20s of dot instead of 10 ? Thematically, the keystone is aimed to give you more time to react to ailments to press your flasks that make you immune to them.
In reality, you can just become permanently immune to ailments altogether and then the downside is gone entirely. It does not work on builds that constantly take damage over time e.g. from Blood Rage or Righteous Fire, but for other builds it can significantly mitigate walking over ground effects that deal damage over time or generally non-ailment damage over time debuffs inflicted by monsters. It is not something that would necessarily be worth to go out of your way to get it, but I would pick it up on most builds that path by there anyway. |

" It does work with Trickster Righteous Fire builds that use Heartstopper. |

" That is technically correct; you will get 1 second of taking 50% less damage over time after each 5 second period of taking no damage over time. But it will not happen when new damage over time debuffs are inflicted on you within the remaining 4 seconds. |
