Issues with uninstalling PoE

Heylo, i recently had some issues with the lastest update introducing directX12 beta and decided to switch to Steam version. I then tried to uninstall PoE and it returns me with errors.

any advices?

log says, something is wrong with windows creating a restore point, possibly due to antivirus software messing it up
