Human verification every 10mins

Hey, CloudFlare human verification started to appear for me every 10 mins. Why? Can You "unlock" me? How can I prevent this in future?

" that normaly happens when your IP is "spamming" GGG's backend API's. Do you by any chance have any 3 party software installed that access GGG's backend API's ? However you will need to e-mail GGG support directly if you want a GGG reply since they don't answer account related support questions like this on the forum. |

But since there's no rate-limit I thought I can go all-in (grab them and check their mastery without any rest). I will contact them, thank You. Also, how to prevent that in future? Simple rest between requests is fine (like 500ms)? | |

I'd ask GGG how many requests you can safely make. They are really the only ones who can answer that question with any degree of certainty.
