New Keystone for channelling skills

I would like if GGG would consider to add a keystone that make channelling (non movement skill) take less damage while channelling the skill and that only work while he are channelling it, and its stop working even if the skill as a duration like winter orb, you take less damage while you channel it but if you stop to channel you loose the buff from the keystone.

Something like : While Channelling any non movement channelling skill you gain -25% less damage taken.

i was thinking about 50% but that is a bit too strong i think and 15/20% would too weak.

I play Scorching ray as the main damage skill and the only way to counter the way too stay still to channel is to build arround the jewel melding of flesh and a lot of life regen thanks to inquisitor that way he can also boost your damage with righteous fire to reach 2 millions shaper dps from scorching ray alone and 500k from righteous fire that even with 5000 hp, 2500 net life regen, 90% all elemental resist, 75% chaos resist and 80% physical reduction with flask and stun immununity while channelling thanks to cluster jewel, but even with that all i can get destroyed pretty easily by some random monster if i don't kill the pack fast the remaining tanky rare/boss monster are not a problem unless they gangbang me like those beyond boss.

Keystones USUALLY have a downside that matters, so there would need to be a counterpoint.

Something like,
While Channeling any non movement channeling skill you gain -25% less damage taken.
While not Channeling any non movement channeling skill you take 25% more damage.

This would provide too much survivability to channeling abilities while channeling, but while not they can explode in one hit.

Well i think that too much, maybe a malus about channeling skill have -25/-50% less durations or cast speed/attack speed for skill that don't use durations because the survavility is already a hard thing to counter for those type of non movement channeling skill so considering to reduce its duration that way he loose dps and have to channel more often to have a more consistent dps.

It doesnt have to have a massive downside. The conditional of needing to be channeling is probably enough just like pain attunement needs you to be low life but no downside other than that.
