THE END OF CLUSTER JEWELS

If anything I feel that sub-optimal clusters are a bit too weak at the moment. Perfect clusters should of course be stronger than anything you get on the regular tree, since clusters are gear just like your hat or boots or whatever. However there's little reason to use imperfect cluster jewels unless you REALLY want specific notables (in which case use a megalomaniac). They'll always be weighed against what you can get from the regular passive tree and the bar for that is far higher than what you can get from chaos spamming them.

The problem is not the cluster jewel.
The large one, and medium ones have already been significantly nerfed.
I can use a large without any notables and it will still do ok.
That is how I planned my build as well.
Some medium ones still provide interesting but not OP nodes.

The real problem is there is only ONE cluster jewel that everyone goes for.
Yes that small little one.

Yes top end clusterjewels should be buffed and made very rare. You can profedssionaltrade good profit and actully play market economy. Those are for prestige lvl items and need to be restricted for those willing to put in the EFFORT. You can balance the system by nerging middle-end and also skilltree is too ez to copypaste any build. Metaslaves put no hours in to defaultattack most content anyway.

Everything post act 1 should just go. White items let everyone have an equal opportunity and dont rely on randomness - so just clear all that blue and up trash. The story of act 1 is emotion stirring and somewhat self contained, everything is voiced and Neesa is not a fish bait yet, what more do you want?

I love Clusters. They provide further build diversity.

Kinda agree with OP.

Not saying cluster jewels should be nerfed, but some kind of tweak could probably be good for the game. Feels real bad putting points in clusters instead of into the passive tree even if it's stronger, for me at least.
